Hot Vinyasa Flow
This class consists of a vinyasa flow in a room heated to 95 degrees. Students will focus on linking conscious breath with a vigorous and mindful flow. It is a dynamic connection of movement with breath focused on endurance, flexibility, and strength.
Creative sequencing will keep you inspired as you connect with body, mind, and breath. All levels welcome!
Flow Into Stillness
This class focuses on creating a state of introspection by using breathwork and postures. It is designed to allow the use of mindful movement to flow into stillness.
Class begins with a slow and steady flow designed to cultivate strength, stability, and energy within the body. The meditation aspect will cultivate clarity of the mind while being fully present with your body and practice. This class will close with a blend of restorative and yin postures focused on lengthening hold time to maximize relaxation while settling deeper into stillness. All levels welcome!
Yin is in!
Yin yoga is a passive practice focused on targeted areas primarily located between the knees and navel. It is a quiet and simple practice, but one that many find challenging as it requires mindfulness.
Yin improves mobility and flexibility by facilitating the slow and safe opening of connective tissues, like tendons, ligaments, and fascia with special emphasis on joint health. All levels welcome!
